Anway, this track is often overlooked:

SPX - Straight To The Point (Lange Remix)

SPX is Benno de Goeij of Rank 1 fame but while the original is a plodding, understated trancer Lange cranks up the power and turns it into an athem complete with brilliant piano riffs.

You know this one perhaps, but System F feat. Armin van Buuren - Exhale (Armin van Buuren Remix) is easily my favourite remix of Exhale due in large part to the liberal use of piano. The breakdown is particularly good. Qattara also produced many piano driven tracks, like the following:
