Im in randwick right opposite UNSW....

I suppose i cant really complain too much because the increase only brings me into paying roughly the same amount as most of the other people i know renting in randwick/coogee.... i WAS paying less then most....

However, it still throws your budget completly out when it happens, so yeah until i work things out and start cost saving im broke...

Oh well, even though the rents gone up theres no way im moving - the location is awesome, and thanks to one of my flatmates i have EVERY possible appliance i need!! Its cheaper for me to stay!
