Call that hard house and you'll prolly have 15 techno purists fighting over who gets to take the first swing at you with a shovel.

Sterling Moss - Electro Ghetto
Paul Glazby - Techsture
BK & Guy McAffer - Gonna F**k You Up
BK & Anne Savage - Junglise
Nick Sentience & Mark Tyler - Wild Ride
Andy Farley & Ant - Rhythm
OD404 - Don't Touch That Stereo

he said techier hardhouse, and plus ive heard it played in hardhouse sets, so SWING. hardhouse and techno can be fairly interchangeble.

Andy Farley put Oxia - Contrast on one of his compilations, that doesn't make it hard house. Murder Was The Bass is made by Jesper Dahlbäck and Thomas Krome, two of sweden's biggest techno producers, so SWING right back at ya. You're right that hard house and techno can be interchangeble tho.

no, specialy not steve hill - hes wank. blake/reynolds - more energetic...todd tobias is sometimes good but the rest hes average.

and yes, sentience is the main man behind techy and hard house, hes been doing it for years.

and on another note, 90% of new Vicious Circle stuff has a techy edge (not including farley/janes)

and K90 is a he.

AND, theres only been one track in a year or so thats been techy on tidy.....n that was a remix by sentience.

and im spent.

Thanks for the tips, I'm check these tunes out right away As for Tidy... well, the intro music was quite different from what I had always linked Tidy to (12" inch Thumpers, for example) and it was not really techy, but it was good nonetheless

But they're even better when together

Put the shovels down and keep it tidy
