Mauro Picotto gets 30k for a 2-3 hour set, and I'm talkin UK pounds, so that's like, 40-45k US$! I know this because one of my friends was installing some computers in the office of Richard Carr, who owns Slinky, and he saw it on a board on the wall! I tell you no lie!

well I personally get about 350 per 1 and a half or 2 hour set.

but I am aware that at our biggist club here in salt lake oakie took 17,000 for an hour and a half.... which was bullshit and a half especially since the resident dj SHAWN PHILLIPS tore shit in circles around him...

Oakie is so overrated i rekon.... PvD kicks his ass and doesnt seem to earn anywhere near what he does.... I'd rather PvD over Oakie any day, how about u guys?

One of my friends gets 125 for 1 hour, so he usually spins sets of 3 hours, so that a decent $375 for one evening.
He, if you watch those earnings of Dj's like Paul oakenfold, actually you go thinking about dropping school and go mixing all days long .

I get paid about 150$ for a set. I don't get paid by the hour.... it can be a 2 hour set and it can be a 6 hour set..... doesn't matter.....
the 150$ divide to me and my 2 partners. so I make 50$.....

but I'm a mobile DJ. and I'm young. so that explains the low payment, I guess.........

I take about 500 at a party for up to 2 hours... if its a club more like 450 and all the drinks that I can handle..

my bro (DJ Vibez) djs at purple heaven, and he gets paid a couple hundred (100 to 300 dollars, cant remember) for a one hour set. hes been doing it for like 2 years

yea, i get a flat rate, like j-spot said
150 canadian a show, it could be 2 hours or 7 hours
it doesn't matter though, i love what i do
