I am very confident that this song is Mat Silver vs Endymion - Violet Skies that came out on Mindworx Records in 2000....

Allright, i made another, better sample of it.

it's the same melody and all, but with a bassline etc. sounds better.
this is after the "takeoff". the bass i used (between the b-kick) is the same as in the original. I remember that the female voice i was talking about said something about "the world" or something, hehe.
and i KNOW it's not from any later than 1999.

blimey, completely different... sounded a lot like Violet Skies song.... this sounds like something that could be on a old Tunnel Compilation....!
