Actually Oakenfold is a very humble person. Promoters charge ticket prices, not DJs. They end up raking in exorbinant profits. Carl Cox is supposed to be the nicest man in electronic music so I guess that rules him out. And Paul van Dyk has only been vocal when it comes to drugs (anti) and when people ruin his NYE mix. Both are very uncocklike attributes. My vote for cockiest DJ would go to Brandon Block. Apparently he is a heavy drug user and has been known to spin under the influence. I am aware that this is not uncommon, but it seems a bit disrespectful to the audience.

Being paid well is one thing, but cocky is another. Although I've sadly never been to a Tiesto event, I have seen some live footage of him and read interviews of his http://www.trance.nu/v2/int_tiesto_1.php3 and he seems like one of the most humble, down to earth DJ's around.

However if you read the Johan Gielen interview from the same site he sounds downright cocky.

wow Tiesto cocky??? THe Interview with him and Trance.nu after reading his interview i respected him more and didnt think he was cocky one bit..and i thought actually more down to earth and everything...Johan Gielen sounded very cocky in the interview....
