pfft... i swear, if mike recorded the sound of himself defecating and then put it on his site, there would still be a bunch of imbeciles who would praise his shit just because it's his OWN production. unbelievable
At the end of the day its a free world and he can do what he wants. He can have song thats just someone scatching on a blackboard if he wants to.
People shouldnt judge someone so quick, you wouldnt like being under that spotlight.

sure he can make r&b crap, that's his right, and that doesnt mean that i don't still respect him as a trance producer. But i think it's rather pathetic that people praise anything he makes just because he made it. Not that you can't like his stuff, but anyway, i think u get the point.

Hey everything's possible, sure there will be people who like the track for what it is and i'm sure you do, but i'm also sure some people who say this track is brilliant would hate it if they didn't know it was made by mike.
@ Floorfiller, sure there are PVD fans like that, as well as fans of any other 'fanclub having artist'. Just thought this was a good example.
Here's what mike says about this project on his site:
I worked 2 years on a project called “DIABOKUA” wich will see daylights on Sony Records feb. 2004.
This project means a lot to me,as this is a new direction in sound and production.
All info can be found soon on www.diabokua.be or com.
The music could be situated between underground r&b with electro-pop influences.
I don't like it, but why not?

Heh. A hybrid between hip hop and electronic. Some interesting experimentation there. But we'll see how it turns out.

Well some people, and note i said someone people, follow people blindless regardless of the quality of songs. This sort of behaviour is usually associated with teens and fad bands.
My comments are not aimed at anyone on the board, but just a generalisation of current affairs.
