LOL, they OPP did the same in the Orillia dump after the made the big bust by Casino Rama last year. Lots of the local farmland is used to grow. They had ppl raiding the dump since only the top layers of plants were rotting, and the rest was nicely preserved.
Nice to see the resourcefullness of the Canadian Pothead @ work.
