exactly what i had pictured, you got to have pretty good control over your body though. i could see how someone attempting to do such a dance could be extremely annoying, lol. see it all the time

over here when people "liquid" they dont wobble about as much as that guy in the video as to not bash other people dancing, its more in the upper body thats lifting your legs up...
