Ginos/CandyKids/Drugs

There's way too much shit talking on how the scene should be, it is what it is, because this is the way it's progressively developed over time. I started raving in '95, and back then if someone found out I was going to a rave, they automatically assumed I was gay or a freak. Now if someone’s going to a rave, it's the norm, because of how popular it's gotten, everyone goes and it's not such a discreet well kept secret. I agree with you about the ginos, that does get a bit annoying, but not all of them are bad, some are experiencing it for the first time and might get into the scene for the music, rather then trying to pick up ass while they're under the influence. I can't stand that bs, don't come to a party if you're just coming to try and pick up girlz up when they're fucked up, cause you're definitely bringing some people down. As for candy kids, they don’t bother me at all, I don't think I've ever seen any of them ever be unpleasant to anyone, but then again to be honest I've pretty much only been going to mainstream parties and afterhours, so I don't tend to see that many. NOW for the drugs, be realistic, that is a huge part of the scene, and when I say the scene I'm not only talking about the parties, I'm talking about the music too. I can go sober and have fun, it's different though, and only possible because I love the music. It’s hard watching people on a different level then you, and that’s what it is, popping put’s you on a different level, makes it easier to get deeper into the music. Some people are there more for the party then the music, and I think (anything I'm saying is just an opinion and not a fact, obviously most likely those will be the people who are indulging on the drugs more often. As for the weed affecting it, get real, thats a bunch of bs, I’ve never seen weed have a negative affect on people at a party. Anyhow, I hope the scene does start to cool off on the drugs a bit, I would definitely rather that more people be able to enjoy the music with having to pop every time. No matter what, the pillz are bad for you, so hopefully everyone will try to do it in moderation or not do it at all.
If someones smoking a joint, popping pillz, or playing with glow sticks (I love glowsticks and toyz :P)and not doing anything intentionally to bring anyone else down, fuc it, let em be, everyone has to get into it there own way and find there own groove, to be able to all grove along together..... isn't that one of the good parts about the music?

hehehehe, e-tards

Yeah,
I don't understand how some people pop so many pills and then don't even dance, because they say they they're not buzzed enough. I don't think some people realize that the music and the buzz is about letting yourself go, and just going as deep with the music as possible, at least that's my style
I have to admit though, if I popped, I'll put myself into such a trance that I will be the one standing on the dance floor with my eyes rollin and arms stretched out shaking, but watch for when my mini glow stick pops out my mouth, or my hands comes down, cause I'll be so intuned with the music, I'll have my groove on on whole new level!
Long live trance, and Tiesto is God!!!

wow... very well said therizzler!

if only everyone thought that way... hearing that ppl OD really bothers me too... and it's scary becuz it's not only the drug-abusers who have a prob, but their friends too becuz they should be watchin over them... if I had a friend who wanted to drop so much, i'd seriously open a can on him/her. We should all take care of each other in or out of raves.

Dudes i myself dont do any sort of drugs , i dont even smoke. But my friends they'r fuckin addicts. High dozes!
The prob is all their parents ask me to help them stop.
Its freaking hard...i'm trying my best , sometimes their parents think im not helping so they start pissing me off.
Anyway its hard when u have addicts around and the prob is when i got to raves i just get high on music . They do...but not as much as i do.I mean i dance 12hours non stop while they'd be busy popping E and smokin weed instead of dancing. And at the end they start getting those bad trips and stuff. That sux
And they try to persuade me to pop some Ez in raves.Never worx!
Anyway Music is our drug! Hell yea!

U really waiste fuckin money on shit that is really not worth it.

Peace !

Whats up Zombie, Zing

What's up Guys,

Yeah, unfortunatly a lot of people are popping too much, but to tell you the truth, most of them aren't going to learn to stop or cut down by other people talking to them, it's going to have to be by going threw an experience, or just finding out on there own. I was fortunate enough to start at a young age (sounds odd, I know), because starting so young I learned how unhealthy it was, and would never go back to over doing it the way I did in the past. I really didn't know any better back then, I had no clues what it was doing to my body and mind.
Anyhow, the best thing that friends can do, is to try and tell them that the warning are only out of concern for there health and well being, and just be there for them, because in the end everyones going to have to come to terms with it for themselves.
When you pop you go into a sureal world, sometimes it's very hard to think about staying the real one all the time, E is if not anything else, an ever lasting temptation, at least that's the way it is for me, if it wasn't unhealthy, I'd do it a lot more often.
It's a hell of a lot easier to start someone taking, then it is to get them stopping.
Zing congrads on being able to stay sober and dance all night, that kicks ass, I don't know how u do it though, my legs give out, they even give out sometimes when I'm on something!
