yeah.... seric thinks the bassline is kinda jungle-ish... i really like it. It makes the floor feel like its rolling on the kick.

the bassline changes in the full version and becomes pretty trancy, which pumps up the energy before the build-up.

Awesome synths and effects, pretty sweet. I think this definitely needs a better kick though; the generic 909 thing in there right now could be really improved. Cool shit.

ive experimented with goa kicks in this song and i was not as pleased. This is my favorite so far, and it works with the bassline the best... but ill still look into it :P. This is also an older version of the song, and i have fucked around with the Eq on the kick since then.

btw.... while i did use a 909, a lot of my percs are synthesized. I never did like the percussion in this song. Something to look at for sure. It doesnt move right.

Yup, you got some good stuff going on there.
But I can't help but feel that there are some frequencies missing. Whilst the melody and pads plus bassline work really well together it does feel as if there is a hole in this track but I can't put my finger on what it is... sorry for not being more helpful.

Good work though and definately want to hear the finished result.

Cheers
Nem

sounds cool. But a bassline would be cool which is more audible...too weak for my taste

You are correct to an extent. This is an un-mastered version first of all, second of all, i added more layers to certain synths, and this is only 1/4 of the actual song.

i added another layer to the bass. sounds nicer. It was already up to my standards though, but i could see what was lacking.

Kept me interested from the beggining but didn't felt any bass on this one, turn it up; and you should make the kick more punchy (afterall is a psytrance tune) liked the melody, that's my taste. Post the final version as soon as posible this forum needs psy desperatedly.

fantastic track ... if anyone asked me to ID this track, I would not have a thought in mind that this is not a "professional" made track (by that I mean - not commercial)

... try to get your stuff out ... on some psy-compilation
