I also agree now, they sent my vinyls in some shit cardboard effort, and the sleeves had bent corners

yeah, the new packaging is horrible! its a pain in the arse to open, and it doesnt look like it protects the vinyl very well either...

Everyone should complain, not just once, but have a template complaint letter written out and after each one that comes in the dodgy packaging we should all send it out.
