As long as you put the ram back, im sure the new pc will have a bigger 1 to take!!
Its not a scam, the goverment have got together with IBM in a bid to get a pc into every home in the uk (hence why its uk only) but they have to get some cash back so advert's are what they came up with (they must have been up all night coming up with that idea )
