sounds pretty cool to me, gettin a lot of clipping mind, im not sure whether the 909 clap fits all that well. i think the percs may be looped slightly wrong, maybe by a cent or 2 pitch bend would fix

you definately should get this finished and maybe make the synth less trancy and more marco v techy style, there seems to be a slight synth glitch every time it starts, is it fm7 by chance?

Yup, it's an FM7.
And yes.. I can hear that the loop needs to be tweeked a little. I might even re cut the sample to see if that helps. It's actually one of the things that put me off working on it for a while... just couldn't be arsed to think about it.. he he.
