I got a response back from Lia. She stated that Ferry will have a grueling schedule (to say the least!) but she'll see what she can work out.

Let's cross our fingers. Even though he is here a lot, compared to other DJs, he has proven over and over that he is very dedicated to his fans. And yes, he plays some of the same stuff, but I see it as watching a favorite movie over again. Or something like that.

that would be awesome if he could come...

maybe he'll bring the whole line up too like he did in Anaheim?

Yup, Sorry Folks, Matt Confirmed that this will be a BPM Events which means invite guestlist only, just like previous BPM events that Matt hosted.

I'll update when I have further info.

Actually, from past experience I know that sometimes albums are released at private parties because they invite the media and other industry insiders for a listen. I've been invited to several of them and these are not ordinary parties. The DJ's and their labels go all loud to take care of the guests. This way, the guests will get a good impression and talk about the album to others. It's all a publicity stunt that works...

As you have read, Ferry's is playing at a private party. BUT , Matt is working on a in-store performance/appearance. So those of you guys who can't see him can catch him there. As soon as Matt gives me the details for you guys I'll post them.

Also, I have not heard back from Lia to see if a meet up will work out with Ferry's schedule. I'll e-mail her by the weekend to check the status on that.
