the best is the rave gravy that forms in the warehouse floors..... a combination of sweat, spilled water, dirt, and crushed party flyers that turns into this brown slimy stuff. ruined so many pairs of party pants and runing shoes with that stuff. its like acid it eats through clothes...

my shoes sometimes get really dirty, depending on wehere i go, but my feet are generally not affected, although i had really sore calves and shoulders after last friday night

best thing to do, is go to a running store. Go find those socks that marathon runners use that absorbs the moisture off your feet.

I use them everytime I go out because obviously you dance and sweat. But the socks absorb all your sweat and your feet, thus making them blister free .

best part is, when you take off your socks they're dry as hell

once i wore strappy platform sandals to a party. not only did my feet get blisters all over them but i got 'rave gravy' on my toes- ewww!

my shoes are... so so..still clean.. i have my special puma kicks to dance in..

as for the feet.. its not that bad from dancing..its wearing high heels all the time..dancing is like a vacation for my feet

tho i get a pedicure every 1.5 weeks so they are nice and clean !

Ive been there many many times. One time I wrecked my feet so bad it took 2 months to fully heal.

the worst time was a party/rave in a barn and it was pure mud you were stepping in. in the morning my trainers were caked in mud

Sticky black goo and blisters, yay! There is no other substance in the world like party goo, it never goes away. I like when I see ppl with that stuff all over their shoes while they are walking to classes or something, it like the tranceaddicts equivalent of a jesus fish, you see the goo, and you can tell they enjoy the music the same way i do, its great . I am also a firm beleiver in the running socks! and get those New Balance shoes that one out of three people are walking around in these days, they are really good on yer feet when yer dancing yer brains out.
