i'm willing to try it too .. unfrotunately when u sent in the official request u had to include ur 411 and when they sent the reply the name and return address are both shown .. so i'm thinking that they must try and verify it someone ..

otherwise essentially anyone could forge this email without having a name and an address to go along with it !
