I really don't see to much of a problem with this. African-americans have scholarships only open to AA. Hispanics have H only scholarships, now Whites have a white only one too. Every heritage is going to have black marks on their record, put also good marks. That's why I don't find the essay racial. Of course there are going to be entry like, "Cause we put them blacks in their place." They should be directly disqualified.

Scholarships should be only given out on need, but the fact is, that is not the fact. If we want to hinder this, we should hinder all the scholarships that are only given out to just a student with a specific heritage.

But it was thought up by republicans , therefore is a big pile of s***!
