i've got a problem. I just started my job bout 3 weeks ago. I'm usually scheduled closing hours with one of my assistant managers, we'll call him Dan. OKay so it's gotten really boring and freaking awkward because he won't be social with me. He's 22 and I'm 17. The closest in age compared to anyone else I work with. He'll talk and be funny and joke with the other people but when its just me and him he won't TALK. If I ask a question or something , he'll answer, but that's about it. Any ideas? I've tried starting conversations and I even tried to bribe the guy with food but it doesn't worrkkkkkkk////
