If one is caught with a fake ID at any of these places( Arc, Avalon etc), do they just confiscate it and let you go on your merry way or do they sic the cops on you?

I got caught with a fake 21 ID last year... by fake I mean made on the computer, not relative's... tho it was pretty good and I used it to get into a few clubs before that with no problem. The bouncer was this huuuuge 300 lb tough-looking guy and all he did was glance down at the ID and start laughing, then took it and put it in his pocket. Me: "Umm.. have a good night, sir. Enjoy the ID." Didn't get arrested, tho my friend did and now has a misdemeanor on her record which will disappear when she turns 21.

i cant believe you cant go clubbing till your 21 in the USA...

everyone in the UK starts when they are about 16....(the first time i went to Gatecrasher)

clubs want to make money so they only allow those that can drink go in most of the time (Depending on the club) the more alcoholic drinks purchased the better chances of you getting in.

i can tell you that the shittest fake ID got me into Webster Hall, Soundfactory, DNA

as for as big clubs like centro-fly, arc, roxy, crobar, avalon
if its shitty you have no chance
if its good (like the one i got) then you are getting in without question (mine scans as well and its fake)
