im gonna say it again incase you aint paying atention....

GIVE THEM TIME!! carts need worn in to get them working properly. i cant remember the reason. it hapened to me when i got new carts they skipped alot but i knew they need broken in so gave them time now they are solid.



point two is anti-skate is definately not to me used if you are going to be cueing the record. HENCE ZERO! im amazed by the amount of people saying differant values its nuts.

I found out what was wrong...




I bought them off eBay, so that explains it I sent an email to this asshole asking for $36.95 (the cost of a shipped replacement stylus from djmart.com) or I plan on leaving him negative feedback. It really bugs me people have the fuckin nerve to do this, even though the other one is fine.

Well I'm glad you figured it out, but I feel for ya you got screwed on the stylus....but hey, Whitelabel stylus' are cheap, so you still will end up ahead of the game by not paying full price. On the anti-skate issue: absolutely no anti-skate needed for these, mine are on 0 and they stick in the groove, really well. I just picked up a Rane Empath mixer, and with my setup, the sound quality is AMAZING!! Just like DJ Harper said, I am hearing sounds on the records I never heard before. Thanks to DJ Tranz for the hook-up at DJ Mart!

ouch!! That sux. I found whitelabels can be a little picky to setup at first but that's just sad. One piece of advise.... Never buy used cartridges, alot of times the stylus can be worn out w/o you even knowing it until you get bad cue burn on your vinyl. Hope you get things settled. I wouldn't trade my whitelabels for anything else on the market.
