Sorry for making this thread serious, but this is our forecast for tomorrow
TOP PRIORITY
SEVERE WEATHER WARNING
Issued by the Bureau of Meteorology, Brisbane
at 11:00am EST on Thursday the 4th of March 2004
for coastal and adjacent mountain areas between Town of 1770 and Coolangatta.
A tropical low pressure system is expected to develop west of New Caledonia later today and move towards the southwest and deepen. It is expected to be near the Fraser Island coastline Friday morning.
Destructive wind gusts to 120km/h could develop near and south of the low on Friday. The combination of large ocean swells and the high tide Friday morning will produce water levels above the highest tide of the year from Hervey Bay southwards. Heavy rains are likely with some local flooding.
The next Severe Weather warning will be issued at 2pm today.
Bring it the f*ck on!
