Right. I should be more specific. On Black Viper's site, it shows which ones are ok to turn on off for all users. These are the ones I turned off and no problems so far. Turn off indexing for sure.

I have my xp set up exactly as they show on that website i posted fiew posts up. I have no problems whatsoever with my pc. It's been running stable for fiew months now. I don't have internet on that computer, so when your're making changes make sure you don't turn off some of the internet services or stuff that disables the network capabilities of the machine. That's if you require internet : )

Alot of their suggestions are just plain stupid.. Disable internet time syncing? That isn't going to make ANY difference in performance..
