I saw a documentary on such things a few months back. Rather than being like siamese twins, which are essentially a cell that split and would of become twin if split fully. These guy and many more, such as two headed snakes, chickens with 4 legs, cows with an extra set of hooves on the shoulder, there are all genetically programmed to be like this, from the day they were born. freaky huh?
