I had a very shitty sleep last night - sometimes i get stressed and that causes me to sleep poor
I also believe its because I've been drinking alot lately. everyday for 4 weeks. I usually notice that when I drink often, I get down, and my head becomes cloudy.
so I'm giving up drinking for 2-3 weeks so I can get back on track. it works well for me. I notice after a while of not drinking I get a much more clear head and I think more clearly. thus improving my performnace in life and not having the subsequent stress.
