this civic of mine is in for major surgary, its getting rolled arches so i can fit 19 inch Wolfrace alloys and koni coil overs.
the Bonnet ( hood ) is having an impreza scoop grafted into it as it will need the cooling.
6 speed Squential gearbox with LSD. ( limted Slip Diff, not the drug )
straight thru stainless exhaust centre exit at the rear.
Now to the heart of the matter, the engine. using a toyota supra engine with lightend conrods, lightened and balanced crankshaft. Ported head.
The turbo will be a hybrid T3 with antilag and dumpvalve running about 18psi but max of 24 psi
NoS will also be plumbed in.
Engine management will be taken care of by a superchip. dunno if they are famous outside of the UK but in the UK supachips are chips that can be tuned via a laptop computer. u set up a basic map and plug it in, then get the car on a dyno and work out its best points, best fueling at what rpm and then adjust with the laptop to give peak, this info is then "burnt" onto a eprom which takes place of the supachip.
Swirlpots in the cooling and fuel systems. Oil cooling headers.
Using a porsche 911 fuel pump too.
aluminum tanks for all fluids cept the gas of course.
drilled and grooved 6 pot disc brakes all round.
i could go on for ages about this lol but all in all the car will be capable of around 180Mph. and thats not with the Type R stickers
