I'm sure that most of us dream of one day being about to spin for a living and being popular and skilled enough to have gigs all over the world with the best DJ's and at the same time getting paid for it.
Just wondering what you guys think you will end up doing for jobs if you can't support yourself with DJ'ing, are you in college or do you have jobs now? I'm not trying to sound negative 'cause I know that enough determination and confidence can take you anywhere but I think about this alot. I'm in college now so I know that I can get a job after I graduate but to be honest, nothing really interests me as much at electronic music, spinning, producing tracks and anything else related, so I find it hard to spend the rest of my life doing something that I'm not really in to. Anyway's just wondering what everyone else thought about this... Thanks! |
Maybe you are just in a DJ'ing phase where you can't bear the thought of doing anything else. Try out different things, there are definitely stuff that will interest you. It's not like DJ'ing, producing, etc. is the ONLY thing that can EVER be meaningful to you. Look around!
Good luck.
