I can gaurantee that if you were to look at PVD or Tiesto's vinyl collection...you would see the BPMs written on the cover or label somewhere. Sure, after a while you get to pretty much be able to guess a songs BPM and only be off by a couple of beats and it's easy to remember the BPMs of you favorite songs...but when you get to the point where you're getting so much new music all the time, unless you've got a photographic memory...there's no way you're gonna be able to keep track of all of it. You've gotta remember,too, that for 1 song that your fav DJ plays...he or she has had to listen to 20 that you will never hear them play. I think that you would be cheating yourself by NOT marking the BPMs on the cover or label. And just because a song has the same BPM as another song...doesn't mean that they'll work together.
