My first post btw. I just joined the crowd here.
I haven't heard much from this DJ but i'll check out the web to see what i can find.
I live in Austin and frequently visit Sky Vue (aka skylounge). Do any of you guys/gals meet up at the club for some dancing? I have 2 friends that are Friday night regulars (I volunteer Saturday mornings so friday nights i have to cut short :-( ). I'm trying to get "into" the scene a little more but can't seem to find the right crowd. anyway, just checking to see what's up. I'll try to be there. |
Dude James Zabiela is easily one of the top 10 DJs in the world imo. He plays a lot of progressive and progressive break tracks. All of his sets involve live remixing, scratching, and sampling the man is simply amazing live. THE BEST technical DJ imo.
PS Welcome to TA If you want to know more about the scene. you came to the right place.

Throughout human history, as our species has faced the frightening, terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going in this ocean of chaos, it has been the authorities, the political, the religious, the educational authorities who attempted to comfort us by giving us order, rules, regulations, informing, forming in our minds their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open-mindedness; chaotic, confused, vulnerability to inform yourself. - Timothy Leary
