Thats for sure, I used to use cross-fader when I started, then I got this mixer and hated how it worked so I stopped.

I don't use the crossfader, only the channel faders.

Also, I played around a bit last night and found out that it ONLY leaks lower-end frequencies from whatever channel I'm monitoring. Thought this was interesting.

I basically just recorded for like a minute or so, had all the channel faders down, set all the EQs to what I normally use them at, and played it a little and then cued it up and such. It was audible only when I had the monitor button on for that channel.

Can anyone else on a 500/600 try this and see if they get the same results?
