I stopped completely around 6 months ago. For some reason instead of a cigarrette, I just ate & it works fine.

I hate smokers who can't quit. Just shows how freakin' weak you are.

I used to be a big social smoker, never got totally addicted to the point where I smoke half a pack a day or something.. But I know that feeling, but if you think about how shitty your lungs feel and like, take shrooms or something. You'll quit.

try eating sunflower seeds. When i quit i became addicted to them because it gave my hands and mouth something to do and i kept focused on trying to seperate the shell from the seed so it helped keep my mind off it...

to add a lil spice to the thread, post, why the hell did you start in the first place? as trancer already did, to keep the trend.

id like to know the different reasons, because when i go out in groups with my club friends, we're about 14, but im the ONLY ONE who does not smoke. never have put a cig near my mouth. dont plan to either. now everyone my age is starting to smoke (i'm 16) in order to look cool, i don't understand what is cool about inhaling toxic gases, and paying to do so. i suggest they stick their mouths on exthaust pipes, at least that way theyd save some cash. i guess it wouldn't be as cool, as they couldnt carry it around, or at least if they did it wouldnt be producing any more smoke.

what i'd really like to know is HOW THE HELL you get hooked. i understand that supposedly, the first time you smoke, you never like it, and you cough. if this is as true as most people declare it to be, why the hell do you go for a second time?
