I myself have:
Kenwood KVT-911dvd which is a flip out screen dvd player/mp3 player
Sirius Satellite Radio
40 gig hard drive
Alpine 12 band indash eq
soundstream picasso amplifier
soundstream 10.1 amplifier
kicker solobaric 12" sub
JL Audio 3way components
Lots of dynamat
optima red top
24v 1 farad capacitor
monster xln interconnects
all this is in my Civic SI, it's alright sounding. I'm happy with it, although I would love to have JL Amps and a w7 but I don't think it's worth the money considering what I already have spent.

My setup incl.:
-Rockford Fosgate 6.5's in the doors
-Rockford Fosgate 6x9's in the rear deck
-Alpine CD Face w. XM Radio(? Model)
-Dynamat on the whole inside of car.
-(2)12" JL Audio W3s
-JL Audio 1000 watt Amp
-probably LowJack after this thread
Question for those who know a lot about car audio:
========================================================
Whats would be my best investment to put a stop to my continual dimming of my headlights / electrical system on high bass notes?
I was thinking of getting a new Yellow Top Optima battery &/or a cap, but I've seen reviews and message boards saying that it only temporarily stops it & that I should get a new alternator altogether. But i dunno......... Help!

the altenator won't help, you can try a new better battery, but you still might experience it.
try out a power capacitor. that might help. But I could talking out of my ass.
