According to this article, it looks like Satoshi founded the label, but he teamed up with Hec in 2001 and he is now label manager.

Hector Romero is probably one of the most underrated DJs in NYC. He has a long history in NYC as part of DefMix (Frankie Knuckles, David Morales) and is also co-head of SAW.Recordings with Satoshi Tomiie.

His monthly Filter 14 parties are incredible because he usually plays the entire time from 10pm - 4pm+ and the small room vibe with big room sound is ace.
