I thought it was only in breach of the rules if a. there's no opportunity to opt-out, b. you weren't told upfront that you'd be spammed, or c. you didn't consent to them spamming you....

yea if you enter a competition etc.. and KNOW that your details will be passed on then thats fine.

But thats only for related material, u can't enter a big brother comp and then get FLIRTME sms, thats wrong.

i think ECG is Ecco-Cardio-Gram
which measures the heart.

and EEG is for electronic measurements
of the brain pulses...

i got hooked up with all sorts of things
during my EEG and got show trippy strobe
lights etc.
