You read the same thing that I did. But you bring up a relevant point. Just what is likely in the secretive Nk world?? Will they light off a nuke this year to join Pakistan and India as a newly declared nuclear armed nation? The only thing that seems certain is that they will cloister themselves against the outside world and let their people continue to face starvation and ruin as a result under a brutal dictatorship.

everytime i read something about north korea, i feel so bad. that country is really a mess, and i'm not sure at all what to do about it. an invasion would *probably* not work since they have a huge army (even though it's not modern, it's huge). let's just hope that kim dies and someone more liberal takes his position or that there will be a revolt sometime, but the problem is that these people are toooo brainwashed so they don't know about the better and therefore a revolt is hard...
