Mark (Otten) decided to join forces with his colleague 'Frans Van Der Boom' to form their new alias 'Halifax'.
So yep Halifax is Mark Otten along with the other guys. Wicked tune as well - really good progressive trance and the Dreas mix takes it up for peaktime sets. Another great release on Captured
