I gotta admit that Paul was pretty damn good on wednesday night. I agree with you all that he kept on slowing it down after playing some crazy shit, but other than that it was a solid night.

oh god what a crappy set (ive begun to wonder how SOME dj's get their "superstar dj" tag)
played a few good tracks like the new Brancaccio and Aisher, Vaiio, but thats about all that was good from the night...I have NO CLUE WTF he did WITH VAIIO (mixed some shitty Doom's Night/Papua New Guinea Bootleg into the last BREAKDOWN of VAIIO, THE BEST FUCKING PART OF THE SONG) ugggggggh!!!!!! LOL!!! That in itself made me want to leave, but that would have been unfair seeing as how that was only his 4th song into the night, I stayed hoping hed get better but he DIDNT! God what an OVERRATED DJ!!! I TRIED to get into his set many times but i just COULD NOT DO THAT! NO FLOW WHATSOEVER! Jumping from a deep prog. (Xpress 2 into Push) house track to a trance song in a span of a few minutes! HORRIBLE PROGRAMMING! NO DIRECTION! Just played a bunch of half-decent tunes. Thats about all i can say! I thought he SUCKED!!! I wish Evil P was allowed to stay on for the whole night! Ah well, Hawtin, Emerson/YOUSEF, Graham and Carl Cox are coming up soon at Tonic so all is not lost...

I completely agree with you. It's like you read my mind. It was not a typical progressive trance night in T.O., I thought it was slightly different from anything I have seen in a long while, that's why I liked it.
