with special programs:
179 -> 140 = not perfect result!
179 -> 172 = better!

BTW, have you thought -> generate REX file or slice the vocal part manually and try to fit it to 140BPM tempo. You just decrease the "space" parts It's not working with any vocals but TRY this method too!

I tested long time ago PROSONIC TIMESTRETCH. Results were OK. About the program price, don't know Google it
