It is indeed Solarstone's remix of Feeling This Way, just the dub which was never released and never will be, as they mysteriously lost the DAT of it.

There were two "parts". They're not that different from one another, but I prefer "Part II". It was used in PvD's Essential Mix performance at Columbiahalle. (One of the best sets he, or any other DJ for that matter, has ever put together.)
