Just removed that one from a friend's computer the other day. The latest Ad-Aware signature file detects and partially removes the trojan, but doesn't seem remove the rogue winlogon file. A safe-mode boot and manual removal of the fake winlogon, and then another ad-aware sweep took care of it. Perhaps there's another variant which is harder to deal with.

Block it with EMS Free Surfer Companion with the FS-30 engine and clean it with Adaware 6 Pro (although the Adwatch works occassionally)....
MP3 sites will give you the VX2BetterInternet and a host of other goodies...
