i agree with the beer thing
although i dont really get a comedown, you kinda feel slow in the head, so a having a few pints means i dont notice this any longer

alternatively take pills again the next day - and completely fry yer brain

beer for sure works for me. but i reckon being around people that care about you, when you are all on a comedown is very handy coz u pull eachother through and remind eachother of the night that caused it, the funny bits and that makes it all worth it

weed is brilliant too, but i can't do than nemore

being around friends helps a lot, i hate coming down on my own, cartoons are fun cos you can take the piss,(doesn't really work if on your own), music, flight safety cards on airplanes, turkey, vitamins, 5htp, orange juice, more pills (never tried that one)

I have to agree that being with your mates really makes coming down so much easier. Unless you have friends like mine - usually while I'm coming down, they're all taking more pills and trying to get me to take some more too. Bastards.

also good music is also a key to a good comedown, that night i thnk i stuck on Armin's Essential mix from 2003. which is really uplifting.

a warm bath is definately a must..makes you feel envigorated and clean. if i stay in bed too long on my own, i get jittery so have to talk to people, then get fucked again
