yes the whites of theyre eyes glow but I am talking about the pupils, The pupils no longer look black they are puplish blue. Everyones pupils do not glow under blacklight. Only people who have been exposed to blacklight alot and even then some of them dont develop it. I have huge blacklights all around my living room and i have tested this theory when people come over my house.
