ya, antibiotics can work by injecting a more or less dead strain of a virus into your blood, and then your antibodies build up a resistance to that strain/virus

Not really, flu shots and other immunization shots give dead or messed up samples of the pathogen, thus giving rise to immune cells that are able to recognise and kill cells affected by the pathogen, or kill the pathogen itself (like bacteria). The HIV cure actually binds to the HIV virus, making it impossible to affect the immune cells.
