Not as long as you both have mics & speakers. Just configure your audio and 'start an audio conversation'. It's free and it works fine.

Yah i use web cam and mike and it is so good the quality. and fairly easy to use, though wish you could have more then one person the chat room, you can only use web cam with one person if you have more then one person in chat room.
