IMO, in my political experiences, i have noticed the majority of voters that vote would probably not share the same interest as i do. I cant afford to say, im not going to vote because it doesnt matter and my vote doesnt count.

Besides, its your civic duty to vote.

Easy. As i said you would have the right to go in person to decline your vote. This would make it a very active decision to do so. You would still be fulfilling your civic duty by actually making the choice not to vote instead of sitting around that day and doing nothing.
