normal
jogging
cross training (hills n stuff)

my bf just bought me the sickest pair of nike runners the other day. they're silver, pink and white w/ these funky looking shock absorbers in the heel. it's like i'm running on air.

Serious runners don't wear NIKES really (that being said, I'm a serious runner and I don't have the coin to buy the real runner shoes like new balance and others, so my NIKES will do for now)

Ive never had a pair of nikes last more than 3 months.

the best pair of shoes ive ever used, and continue to use, are Saucony Jazz. 38 bucks, and ive put at least 500 hundred miles on them. I now need another pair cuz my toes is poking through the top, but other than that they are still solid. Super lightweight and durable. Get some.
