You're right...they don't. There are auctions like this all over eBay. They do shut a lot of auctions down. Sometimes the eBay auction mods come across things and delete them and sometimes it's after receiving numerous complaints. I don't think they even bother with music auctions though.

I wouldnt be to worried about the seller... hes just some dumbasss trying to make a little bit of money. I would be worried about the buyer, who would be stupid enough to buy this.
