but then you have to look at the psychology and religious significance of the situation. what would happen to Moses if he killed Jesus? and what would happen to, supposedly, humanity? would we not be 'saved' because Jesus wouldn't have died for 'us' but rather by Moses and his army of stick-snakes? and would Jesus resurrect three days later and have the world damned after Moses? quite the conundrum.
but, from an atheist approach, and if Moses really existed, then i'd put my money on him. there's proof that Jesus supposedly existed, but being the martyr that he was, he would let himself die at whomever's hands just to be a martyr, and a public face-down with Moses would suit his purpose just fine.
