So how was the event? Markus phoned me after he got back to the hotel and said it was amazing, just wondering what everyone else thought....

Hey Global Girl !
Glad Markus enjoyed himself, hopefully that means he'll come back and visit Turnmills again !!! This was my first chance to see Markus live and oh my god what a mindblowing set. I got to meet him briefly before he took to the decks and he is such a great guy.
Whole night was great. Boat party was great fun, Smith and Pledger played a great set along with Armin and John Askew (also got to chat with all of them on the boat which was cool) ... in the club Markus just blew everyone away, had so many people asking me who he was, it was off the hook. Armin followed Markus and played a nice tough set and then John Askew brought things to the close ...
Will post pics soon ...
Jon

and of course we have armin only for 8hrs at the end of august which from seeing sanchez play 8hrs its an amazing thing to watch. I am sure he will probably go on for a bit longer than 8hrs
WHAT A NIGHT! Markus Schulz was awesome! Some of the best tunes and mixing I have heard in a awhile. I hadn't been this excited since seeing PvD and Sasha back in 2001. The man! was very receptive to the crowd. Same as GoatBoy, I had a few peeps asking me who he was!
From what he played, I think Ridgewalker 'Find'(Andy Moore remix) was the winner for me. He also played Bt vs. Sasha 'Remember Magnetic North', Elevation 'Clear Blue' OMG! and more Elevation productions (thanks for the help on that Goatboy ).
Th Boat Party was very cool. From about 10.00 onwards it was in full on paty mode! Going under London Bridge close to 12 and everyone on the top deck cheering to the passersby on the Bridge and them cheering back was comical!
Armin was really good on the boat then played the best I have seen him for awhile at Turnmills, sometimes quite hard tunes and lots of ASOT tunes, no surprise!
