Hi All,

Now:

Do I miss all of the old stuff? Except for the computers, YES!!!!! I wish I still had it.

Back in December '99:

*Gateway P4-P266M Pentium 2 266 MHZ
*64Mb SDRAM memory
*Creative Soundblaster PCI 128
*Fruity Loops 3.XX
*Cool Edit 2000
*Boston Acoustics MicroMedia 3 piece speakers
*Yamaha PSR-220 (never figured out how to connect it via MIDI)
*Yamaha PSR-270 (same story as above, haha)

That's it. Like I said, I could never find a MIDI cable in any store so I never hooked up my keyboards. Then in March 2002, I bought Magix Music Maker 6 and a MIDI cable. That program is so similar to Logic Audio. I didn't know what VST plugins was. Honestly, I didn't know jack. I only knew the Virus existed because I saw a review of it while I was in Korea in 2001. Anyway, in late 2003 I started buying gear and now I have way too much and I can barely touch it; no time to play.

2004:
*Asus P4P800 motherboard
*Pentium 4 2.6C overclocked to 3.12GHz
*2048Mb DDR400 memory
*Cubase SX
*Reason 2.5
*ReCycle 2.0
*Cool Edit Pro
*Waldorf D-Pole
*Orange Vocoder
*Steinberg Magneto
*Waves Platinum Bundle
*Waves Restoration Bundle
*Waves Diamond Bunle
*Antares Tube
*Antares Kantos
*Antares Auto-Tune 3
*Antares Microphone Modeler
*PSP 84
*PSP Vintage Warmer
*PSP StereoPack
*Ohmforce Predatohm
*TC Works Reverb
*M Audio Delta 1010
*M Audio Ozone
*Drawmer DL241
*Aphex 204
*Opcode Studio 128X
*Behringer Truth B2031
*Mackie VLZ-1402 PRO 14
*E-MU Xtreme Lead-1
*Novation Nova
*Korg Prophecy
*Yamaha AN1x
*Yamaha PSR-220
*Access Virus Rack
*Clavia Nord Lead Rack 2
*Native Instruments FM7
*Native Instruments Absynth 2
*Native Instruments Kontakt
*Edirol Orchestral
*Novation V-Station
*Novation Bass Station
*IK Multimedia T-Racks
*SpeedSoft V-Sampler
*Waldorf Attack
*Waldorf PPG Wave 2.V
*reFX The Bassline
*a boatload of free plugins

I have way more software that I don't remember stored in my closet, hehe, I don't want to get overwhelmed by having so much in the PC.

I used mod before I went to fruity. My only problem with mod was effects were a pain to apply and have them move around correctly. Also I didn't like the way you couldn't easily make a sound short like you can with the volume envelope in fruity. It did me well for when I had it though.

I like how you have all that space in there...you can fit a lot of gear.

I have so much but most of it is in the closet because my room itself is tiny and I cannot spread everything how I want. My monitors are like a foot from each other...PC tower in the middle. No space kills me.

Haha I feel you, brother. I bought a 27" TV...haven't hooked it up yet. Only to the PC and camcorder. But I spend all my freetime, ehich is like 2-3 hours a day in front of the PC.
